LBC: PNEUMATIC LINE BREAK DETECTION

The Fahlke LBCpneumatic line break detection system ensures perfect monitoring of your pipeline processes. The system continuously measures the pressure of your pipeline via a connecting line and compares it with the preset pressure drop rate.

If the measured pressure drops below the preset rate, the system automatically moves all connected valves into their safe position, to prevent further leakage of the pipeline medium.

The pneumatic line break detection system is mounted on a single-piece control block and delivered in a stainless steel control cabinet in the standard version. The MCE modular technology eliminates the need for complicated pipework, to create a leak-free system and is designed for easy retrofitting of your existing systems.
